DEA Proposes Permanent Scheduling of Seven Fentanyl-Related Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to permanently place seven fentanyl-related substances in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, following a temporary order that was extended multiple times since its introduction in 2018.
