EOIR Withdraws Two Proposed Rulemaking Notices

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is withdrawing two Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRMs) due to ongoing assessments of agency needs, priorities, and objectives, and will not take any further action on these NPRMs.
