U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Revisions to Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances Policy

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service are proposing changes to the Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances policy under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to clarify the level of conservation effort required for agreement approval.
