Notice To Extend Public Comment Period and Change Point of Contact for Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Rio Grande Project Implementation

The Bureau of Reclamation is extending the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Rio Grande Project until June 8, 2016, to consider long-term contracts for water storage in Elephant Butte Reservoir. The original deadline for public comments was May 9, 2016.
