Reopening of Comment Period for Butte Regional Conservation Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Report

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service are reopening the comment period for their joint request for comments on the Butte Regional Conservation Plan and the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Report for Authorization of Incidental Take and Implementation of the Plan, following requests from four organizations and individuals to extend the comment period, which was initially set to close on an unspecified date.
