Oregon and Washington Pears: Increased Assessment Rate for Processed Pears

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented a new rule increasing the assessment rate for processed pears from $7.00 to $8.00 per ton, effective for the 2017-2018 fiscal period and beyond, as recommended by the Processed Pear Committee.
