USDA Announces Intent to Deauthorize Funding for South Branch Potomac River Watershed Project

The US Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has notified the public of its intention to withdraw federal funding for the South Branch Potomac River Subwatershed of the Potomac River Watershed project, which spans Highland County, Virginia, and Pendleton and Grant Counties, West Virginia, in accordance with the Flood Control Act and NRCS guidelines.
