USDA Adopts Inflation Adjustment to Civil Monetary Penalty Regulations

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has implemented inflation adjustments to its civil monetary penalty regulations, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, in response to the 2018 inflation rate.
