USDA Proposes New System of Records for FOIA and PA Requests

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to establish a new system of records to manage Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests and administrative appeals, replacing an existing system that will be deleted.
