USDA Adopts Final Rule Relaxing Grapefruit Size Requirements

The USDA is adopting a final rule to relax the minimum size requirements for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and pummelos grown in Florida and imported grapefruit, reducing the size requirement from 3 5/16 inches to 3 inches in diameter.
