FSIS Announces Plan to Collect Information on Food Defense Vulnerabilities

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking input from food industry and academic experts on vulnerabilities and research activities related to food defense for FSIS-regulated food products, in order to enhance protection against intentional attacks on the food supply.
