National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Public Meetings on August 7-10, 2018

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods will hold public meetings to discuss and adopt new guidelines for controlling Salmonella in poultry, identifying severe foodborne pathogens, and improving water usage in animal slaughter and processing, as well as testing procedures for Ready-to-Eat foods under FDA jurisdiction.
