USDA to Remove Obsolete References from Sorghum and Lamb Promotion Orders

The US Department of Agriculture will issue a direct final rule to update the Sorghum Promotion, Research, and Information Order and the Lamb Promotion, Research, and Information Order by removing outdated provisions and making conforming changes.
