Agricultural Marketing Service Amends Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to Adjust Supplemental Assessment on Imports

The Agricultural Marketing Service is updating the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to ensure that supplemental assessments collected on imported cotton are aligned with those paid on domestically produced cotton, and also updating Harmonized Tariff Schedule statistical reporting numbers.
