USDA Finalizes Rule for Irish Potatoes Grown in Idaho and Oregon

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented a rule change to update varietal classifications for Irish potatoes grown in certain Idaho and Oregon counties, in line with a recommendation from the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Potato Committee, and to align with the Office of Federal Register requirements.
