USDA Proposes Simplified Verification Process for For-Profit Child Care Centers

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing a deregulatory action to reduce the paperwork burden on for-profit child care centers and sponsoring organizations by allowing them to verify their eligibility for reimbursement in the Child and Adult Care Food Program less frequently, if they meet certain eligibility criteria.
