Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Finalizes General Administrative Regulations for Reinsurance

The FCIC has finalized the General Administrative Regulations, Subpart L, to clarify and improve the Reinsurance Agreement standards, aligning them with the Standard Reinsurance Agreement and Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement, and eliminate outdated language.
