US Department of Labor Announces Public Briefings on Changes to H-2A Labor Certification Process

The US Department of Labor will hold public briefings to educate stakeholders about changes to the H-2A labor certification process, which will take effect on March 15, 2010, and to provide guidance on applying for H-2A temporary labor certifications
