Federal Government to Amend ACH Regulation to Reflect Nacha Operating Rules Changes

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service is proposing to update its ACH Network rules to align with recent changes made by Nacha, the Electronic Payments Association, which will take effect by June 30, 2021.
