Comment Request on Capitalization of Interest

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comments on its proposed collection, TD 8584, which deals with capitalizing interest, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
