Treasury Issues Correction to Regulations on Transfers of U.S. Property to Foreign Partnerships

The U.S. Treasury has corrected its final regulations, published on January 23, 2020, to provide guidance on the transfer of appreciated property by U.S. persons to partnerships with foreign partners related to the transferor.
