Federal Government Participation in the Automated Clearing House

The US Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service is adopting new rules for the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, based on changes made by NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association, with an effective date of June 30, 2021. The new rules will govern the use of the ACH Network by federal agencies, building on the 2016 NACHA Operating Rules & Guidelines book and incorporating amendments from 2017, 2018, and 2019.
