Management of Federal Agency Disbursements

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is adopting changes to its regulation requiring electronic delivery of all federal payments, except tax payments, through Treasury-sponsored accounts such as the U.S. Debit Card. This change eliminates outdated references and allows for the disbursement of non-benefit payments, including tax payments, through these accounts.
