OFAC Sanctions Action Lifted for Certain Individual

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has removed a person's name from the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List), effectively lifting sanctions and allowing U.S. persons to engage in transactions with them again.
