Qimonda AG has received an amended certification from the US Department of Labor for its 200 MM facility in Sandston, VA, which includes on-site leased workers from various companies, including Tokyo Electron America, Nikon Precision, and ASML US, for eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance and alternative trade adjustment assistance.
