Department of the Treasury to Submit Information Collection Requests for OMB Review and Clearance

The Department of the Treasury will submit information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, inviting public comments on these requests, as part of its efforts to implement Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Due Diligence Programs for Correspondent Accounts for Foreign Financial Institutions and Private Banking Accounts.
