HHS Proposes Rule on Affordable Care Act Payment Parameters and Pharmacy Benefit Manager Standards

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has proposed a rule updating payment parameters and provisions related to the Affordable Care Act, including risk adjustment programs, cost-sharing, and user fees for health insurance exchanges, as well as changes to the Navigator program, direct enrollment entities, and section 1332 State Innovation Waivers.
