Technical Amendment to Professional U.S. Scouting Organization Operations at U.S. Military Installations Overseas

The Department of Defense is making a technical amendment to its January 2016 rule regarding the operations of professional U.S. scouting organizations at overseas military installations due to a mistake about the use of nonappropriated funds. The amendment corrects the rule to allow reimbursement of salaries and benefits for scouting organization employees who work in support of DoD personnel and their families in overseas areas.
