US Department of Commerce Finds Revoking Antidumping Duty on Russian Steel Products Would Likely Lead to Continued Dumping

The Department of Commerce has concluded that removing the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia would likely result in continued dumping at the rates identified in the 'Final Results of Review' section of this notice.
