HUD Announces Sealed Bid Sale of Unsubsidized Single Family Mortgage Loans

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is planning to sell certain unsubsidized single family mortgage loans through a competitive auction process, without FHA mortgage insurance, as part of its SFLS 2016-2 program, scheduled for September 14, 2016.
