EPA Approves and Disapproves Texas New Source Review Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved and disapproved portions of revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Texas New Source Review (NSR) program, which was submitted on multiple dates, including March 13, 1996, July 22, 1998, September 11, 2000, September 4, 2002, and October 5, 2010, in accordance with section 110, parts C and D of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
