Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders; Correction

The Health and Human Services Department (HHS) is correcting a final rule that increased the maximum number of patients an individual practitioner can dispense or prescribe certain medications, including buprenorphine, from 100 to 275. The correction aims to ensure that patients receive evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and minimize medication misuse or diversion.
