FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications for Individuals with Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemption applications from seven individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders who sought to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce, citing regulations that prohibit such individuals from doing so.
