FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications for Individuals with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemption applications from nine individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, who sought to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce despite the regulations prohibiting such individuals from doing so.
