PHMSA Publishes Special Permit Requests from Pipeline Operators, Seeks Public Comments

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is soliciting public comments on three special permit requests from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P., and New Fortress Energy-Tico Development Partners, LLC, which seek relief from certain Federal pipeline safety regulations.
