EPA Approves Most Elements of Puerto Rico's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved most elements of Puerto Rico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submittals, demonstrating the island meets Clean Air Act requirements for ozone, fine particulate matter, and lead standards, with some exceptions related to Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) provisions.
