EEOC Requests Three-Year Extension for Local Union Report Form

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is requesting a three-year extension without change for the Local Union Report (EEO-3) form, which is currently set to expire on September 30, 2016. The commission is seeking OMB approval for the extension, which would be effective pending approval of an emergency extension request.
