Department of Energy Publishes Interim Final Rule to Update Property Management Regulations

The Department of Energy (DOE) has released an interim final rule to align its property management regulations with the Federal Property Management Regulation/Federal Management Regulation (FPMR/FMR), removing outdated parameters and updating references, without affecting current law rights and obligations.
