EPA Approves Colorado's Revised Air Quality Plan for Lamar

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Colorado's revised air quality implementation plan for the Lamar area, with the exception of one aspect of the plan's contingency measures, which was submitted on May 13, 2013.
