NYSE Arca, Inc. Approves Proposed Rule Change for ETP Holder Form U5 Submissions

The NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to amend its rules regarding the timing for submitting a Uniform Termination Notice for Securities Industry Registration (Form U5) by an Exchange-Traded Product (ETP) holder. The proposed rule change has been approved by the relevant self-regulatory organizations.
