USCIS Announces Change to Filing Location for Prevailing Wage Determinations

USCIS is updating the address where prevailing wage determination requests for various visa programs will be filed and/or processed, starting with the H-1B, H-1B1 (Chile/Singapore), H-1C, H-2B, E-3 (Australia), and Permanent Labor Certification Programs, as well as the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
