EPA Proposes Revisions to New York State Implementation Plan for Air Quality

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate particulate matter and greenhouse gases, and to demonstrate compliance with federal air quality standards.
