Exemptions Issued for JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Others from ERISA Prohibited Transactions

The Department of Labor has granted exemptions to JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and other entities from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, following a public notice and comment period.
