EPA Withdraws Rule on Fiberglass Boat Emissions in Maryland

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) withdrew a direct final rule due to a comment, which approved the State of Maryland's adoption of guidelines for reducing volatile organic compounds emissions from fiberglass boat manufacturing materials, published on August 1, 2016.
