SAMHSA to Host Public Meeting on CARA Act Training Requirements for NPs and PAs

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) will host a public meeting on October 1, 2016, in Newark, New Jersey, to discuss the training requirements for nurse practitioners and physician assistants mandated by the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA).
