USACE Issues Record of Decision for Dallas Floodway Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers has signed a Record of Decision for the Remaining Balanced Vision Plan and Interior Drainage Plan Features Feasibility Report and Final Environmental Impact Statement, declaring a USACE action to alter the Dallas Floodway in the public interest, following a Section 408 Permission granted to the City of Dallas.
