EPA Grants Temporary Exemptions for Aspergillus flavus Strains in Corn

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has temporarily exempted four Aspergillus flavus strains from the requirement of a tolerance for residues in corn, allowing for their use under the terms of Experimental Use Permit (EUP) No. 91163-EUP-1, which expires on June 30, 2020.
