TRICARE; Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Technical Amendment

The Department of Defense has published a technical amendment to the TRICARE rule for mental health and substance use disorder treatment, correcting errors related to licensing and operational requirements for substance use disorder rehabilitation facilities. The amendment was published on September 2, 2016, in response to public comments.
