EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate emissions from various combustion equipment, with public comments invited and a final action to follow.
