CIA Clarifies Access to Classified Information for Researchers and Former Government Personnel

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has issued a final rule providing greater clarity on procedures for granting access to classified information to historical researchers and certain former government personnel, consistent with Executive Order 13526.
